Mike Martin, MBA, PMP
Mike Martin has wide-ranging experience in the fields of construction management, business development, project management, and finance, where he has led everything from a private equity investment fund to multi-million dollar government construction and national security projects.
Mike has over 20 years of key business and military training and experience, which makes him a highly sought member and leader of any team.
A Certified Project Manager, (PMP™) Mike holds multiple degrees, with Honors, in Business, Project Management, and a Masters (MBA) in Finance.
Todd Dow, Sr CM
Todd Dow, is a proven Executive Leader with more than two decades of hands-on experience in the upstream and downstream Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, and Vertical Construction industries in the US and abroad.
Todd has demonstrated his ability to successfully adapt his diverse skills and expertise to assemble and lead dynamic and diverse, high-performing operational teams of all sizes to generate solid financial performance and strong corporate growth.

Chip Anderson, PMP
Luther 'Chip' Anderson is a results-oriented Project and Construction Manager, leader, team builder, and networker who is well-versed in hands-on Construction Management and operations. With over 25 years in vertical construction, Fuels, and government contracting Chip has a decades-long track record for the successful completion of multi-million dollar projects.
Chip is well-versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, design-build, document preparation, building code and regulations assessment, materials acquisition, and site management. Chip has a stellar record of adding value to any client's project.
Kim Beardsell, FIEAust, CPEng, IntPE & Sr CM
Kim Beardsell is Latitude’s Australian Resident Director. Kim is a visionary and pragmatic business leader with over 20 years of executive industrial and construction experience.
Kim has leadership experience in Construction, Oil and Gas, Operations, Rail, and Manufacturing, with functional leadership across Engineering, HSE, and Project Management. He has formed and led high-performing teams across dispersed regions around the world.
This experience supports Kim in leading from the front, building cross-functional collaboration, mitigating business risk, and identifying opportunities. Customer-focused and agile, he partners with clients as a trusted solutions provider.

Scott Merriner brings to any client an incredible depth of knowledge and experience in business development, project management, and finance. A graduate of both Harvard and Oxford Universities, Scott has leveraged his substantial education and experience to the benefit of governments and organizations around the world.
